All Valmerra orders include complimentary express shipping, insured and trackable, to over 60 countries. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

Signature Upon Delivery
For your security and peace of mind, all packages require a signature upon arrival. This ensures your Valmerra piece is received with the reverence it deserves.

Packaging
Your handbag is nestled in a custom-designed, FSC-certified box, wrapped in soft cotton dust bags, and sealed with a handwritten note—never plastic, never rushed.

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your Valmerra purchase total and are determined by your local government upon arrival.
